I am licensed in Oregon and Washington. I meet with people online using a secure telehealth platform, or in person at my office in downtown Portland (street parking is usually easy to find)
My fee is $185 / 55 min. session. I am in network with Regence and Anthem/BlueCross BlueShield, United Healthcare / Optum, and PacificSource. For others, I can provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance company. It can be worth exploring your out-of-network benefits; often they cover a substantial amount.
Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to provide a good- faith estimate of anticipated charges for items and services to individuals who are not enrolled in an insurance plan, or a Federal health care program; or not seeking to file a claim with their plan.
