I am licensed in Oregon and Washington. I meet with people online using a secure telehealth platform, or in person at my office downtown (street parking is usually easy to find)
My fee is $180 / 55 min. session. Currently I accept many Oregon Health Plans (OHP) and Regence/BlueCross BlueShield and PacificSource. For others, it can be worth exploring your out-of-network benefits; often they cover a substantial amount. I can provide you with a Super Bill if you would like to submit a claim to an insurance company to which I am not in network.
Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to provide a good faith estimate of expected charges for items and services to individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services.
